Super Cat Fest West: Uniting Boating and Motorcycle Enthusiasts for a Charitable Cause

April 17, 2023 By Alen Schnell Leave a Comment

Lake Havasu City, AZ – Super Cat Fest (SCF) is hosting two thrilling events this year, with at least one that may interest motorcycle enthusiasts. The first event, Super Cat Fest West (SCFW), will take place in Lake Havasu City, Arizona from April 26-30, followed by the annual Lake of the Ozarks (LOTO) event on August 25-27. Both events will focus on fundraising for local children’s charities through the Super Cat 4 Kids initiative.

In addition to boat racing and poker runs, SCFW will feature an exclusive live auction with an Arlen Ness motorcycle with only 300 miles on the clock. All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit Havasu children’s charities.

SCFW will also showcase food trucks, vendors, exhibitors, and live bands during the Thursday Street Scene at Havasu Riviera Marina’s West Village. The event is open to the public and offers a variety of exciting activities for boaters and motorcycle fans alike.

Meanwhile, about 60 miles away from Lake Havasu City, the Thunder-Rode BikeFest will occur in Kingman, Arizona, from April 28th-30th, 2023. This event promises an unforgettable motorcycle adventure, featuring a motorcycle swap meet, the Miss Thunder-Rode contest, and live music.

Both events are situated in the perfect location for motorcycle riders, with unbeatable riding weather and proximity to iconic destinations such as Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, and Flagstaff.

SCFW is free to the spectating public. They offer multiple registration packages for boaters who wish to participate, with prices ranging from $400 to $1,000. Each package includes entry for one boat and four people, with varying levels of dockage and event access.

SCF, now in its 14th year, has become a major annual attraction for boating and motorcycle enthusiasts. Alvin Heathman, founder and owner of Super Cat Fest, said “The Super Cat Fest West event is shaping up to exceed my expectations.”

The events raise over a hundred thousand dollars for children’s charities each year. With a unique blend of high-speed racing, live entertainment, and charitable giving, Super Cat Fest West promises to be an unforgettable experience for all who attend.
